TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PETE SCHIECK AND BUILD-A-CONCERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES, WEBSITE CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
Pete Schieck's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Pete Schieck is not a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and does not hold engineering licensure from the State of California or any other jurisdiction. Services are provided as systems integration consulting, multimedia production, and technical project management.
Work involving safety-critical systems, building codes, electrical engineering, or other regulated disciplines may require licensed professionals. Clients are responsible for determining whether licensed professional services are required for their specific project and for engaging appropriately licensed professionals.
All consulting services are provided on an "as-is" basis and reflect Pete Schieck's professional judgment based on the information provided. Clients should conduct their own due diligence and consult with appropriate licensed professionals as needed.
Services, website content, products, and materials are provided on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Pete Schieck makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pete Schieck and Build-a-Concert from any third-party claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the client's use of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights by client-provided materials.
If any provision of these legal terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
